The Southeast Texas Emergency Relief Fund (SETERF) was established in 2005 to assist the citizens of Southeast Texas in helping rebuild their lives after the devastation of Hurricane Rita. Since that time, more than 3 million was raised to help the victims of hurricane disasters.

Just a short three years later, our community faces a new challenge of overcoming the destruction in the wake of Hurricane Ike.

As before, our community has united to repair, rebuild, and restore. Through the Southeast Texas Emergency Relief Fund, those who are in the most dire need will be helped.

The destruction of nature is only rivaled by the tides of humanity. Let the spirit of kinship awaken so that Southeast Texas may once again shine.
