Bringing hope to Southeast Texans
in the Aftermath of Hurricane Harvey
The Southeast Texas Emergency Relief Fund (SETERF) is a 501(c)(3) organization that is providing immediate aid to flood victims in the form of gift cards for food, medicine and other urgent needs. SETERF is also dispersing funds to local organizations that are assisting individuals in the rebuilding of their homes.
Your generosity will enable us to put displaced individuals and families back on a path of stability. Thank you for your support!
The Southeast Texas Emergency Relief Fund (SETERF), a 501(c)(3) organization, was established in 2005 by attorney Regina Rogers and businessman Joe Penland to address the extensive needs of thousands of individuals affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. SETERF rallied to the cause again after Hurricane Ike hit Southeast Texas in 2008. To date, more than $6.5 million has been distributed to individuals, social service organizations, and faith-based organizations.
SETERF remains committed to rebuilding our communities, and we hope you will join us as we extend support to those who need it the most.

There is no cost in administering the funds, as we have no paid staff and everyone who is involved participates as a volunteer.
